Questions you may have:

 

I need a different length than what is listed in the description?

First, you're going to want to measure yourself or a necklace you have that you like the length of. After you have that information, in your order notes please leave a 2in margin you'd prefer! For example, most pieces will say 15-17in, but I can make it 16-18, 17-19, or 18-20in (18-20in is the maximum length without additional charges). On the contrary, if you'd like it shorter, I can do 14-16, 13-15, etc. If you purchase an item without leaving a preferred length, it will ship as the default length. 

How do I clean and take care of my jewelry?

My jewelry will have the materials listed in the description, but if you forget don't worry! All of my chainmail is either aluminum or stainless steel, both of which can be washed with warm water and gentle soap. Harsh chemicals are not to be used and may even ruin components like pearls and gems. Feel free to wash your jewelry as often as you'd like, but rinse thoroughly to avoid soap buildup and always allow it to completely dry before storing it anywhere. Store in a dry place. 

There will be very few exceptions and those pieces will come with personalized care instructions! 

I'm not in the United States?

Unfortunately right now I can only ship domestic here, but I'm working on adding regions to my shipping profile so I can potentially offer my items to those in other countries or domains. If your residence is not apart of the EU, feel free to send me an email or a direct message on Instagram for a shipping quote! If I can ship it, I will. 

I want to buy something but there's nothing I like?

Don't worry! I will continue to upload more items as I make them, if you'd like to be notified as I drop new pieces I will likely make announcements on Instagram!

I want a custom piece?

Right now I'm working on a customs form that I will eventually add here. For the time being send an email to begin a custom order! Please include the following; Your budget, specific details or requests, any inspiration media, and if there is a time frame expected.  

Customs can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete, and the expected time depends on components on hand versus those needed to be ordered. Please also keep an eye on your email for responses, I won't double email you. (I don't want to be annoying haha, but also that's my time and labor!)
